The Un Sustainable development area

In 2023 the "Sustainable" Development Area was passed by the city of San Diego.  Within a mile of proposed or existing transit, regardless of Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance, no parking spaces for vehicles on the property.  Allows for unlimited Bonus ADU's as long as any portion of the property exists.
